Japanese Cabbage Salad
Mix together in large bowl:
2 heads Sui Choy (Japanese Cabbage) chopped
2 green onions, chopped
Mix together in container with sealed lid and place in fridge:
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
