Silver Spur  Riding Club

Food:  Joan Mercer will be handling the list for food.  Please call her at 248-5686 to let her know what you would like to contribute for the dinner.  We will need salads, veggies, desserts and appetizers, Turkey, ham & a roast beef will be supplied by the club and cooked by some members.

Bring your own dinnerware, cutlery, glassware & mugs, placemats/tablecloth/serviettes.

Tea, & coffee will be supplied by club, if you wish any other liquid refreshment, bring your own.

Gift Exchange:  We will also be holding our Gift exchange.  This is an optional activity.  If you would like to participate, bring a wrapped gift, valued at $10.00 or less.  It does not have to be something new, but it should not be smelly or tacky. Older kids are welcome to participate in the exchange or can be part of the children's gift giving from our special visitor in the Red Suit.  If this is the case, Mom or Dad should bring some small wrapped gift with the childs name on a tag to be handed out by "Santa".

Everyone is encouraged to decorate their tables for a more festive ambience.  No real flame candles.  The hall will already be decorated.

Awards:  The awards will be presented for Gymkhana High Point on this evening for games held from Dec 2011 to Nov 2012. I am again looking for donations for the prizes. Some small, horse related type things would be great.  We will be needing 9 items: 1st 2nd & 3rd for PeeWee, Junior & Senior.  Please contact Terry at 954-0443 or kinch@shaw.ca and I will make arrangements to collect them up.  Thank you.

Music:  There will  be music being played during dinner and perhaps some dancing afterwards.
