What is your favorite activity in the Silver Spur Riding Club and how could we improve it?
This last year we worked with cattle for the first time. It has been a riot team penning and sorting. We also had a blast participating in the Gymkahnas and the Marion Weisskopff clinic. I'm Really looking forward to the Cancer ride and camping out as trail riding is an enjoyed release for us both from training and showing. Great to be involved with such a fun club.

I have had my Quarter horse gelding Scooter ( Got an Obvious Clu) since before his birth.....I also had his mother.
We have tried it all together...English, Western, Trail, Show, Gymkahna, Reining, Sorting and Penning. I do all my own training and love to be challenged to create an all around versatile horse. Most important, we like to have FUN!
November 2009 I purchased a 3 year old RARE silver gene Quarter horse stallion named Waspy Leo from Alberta. I will be offering this horse for stud and creating dynamic, athletic horses with beautiful color in the Spring of 2010. He isthe ONLY AQHA Stallion with this rare silver gene in Canada at this time. I will be training him as an all around horse but will be specializing in Reining. This horse is my dream come true!
